We have a lot of building to do in order to get the field elements created. The challenge instructions won't make any sense unless we have these kits put together.
The instructions for these kits is on http://sldmrobotics.blogspot.com on the right hand side. There's probably 100 pages - if coaches could print a copy before wednesday, that would be great. Putting copies on iPads for the kids to refer to would be great too.
We are also going to need to discus building the field table. There are a couple different sets of designs available:

The simple one doesn't look too bad to build, but may be rather large. We need to discus our options to build these tables at the next meeting.
Finally, I think a snack sign-up sheet went around at the last meeting; however, after the meeting some parents opted that they'd rather not have snacks during the meeting. So, we'd like to not have snacks, or save them until after the meeting. That also means if you signed up to bring snacks you don't need to any more.
Do bring water though.
